The main products of firm «Daryal» are cored wires, which are used for treatment of metallurgical melts.
The wires can be produced with diameter from 9 mm to 20 mm. The main application is gained by cored wire with diameter 10; 13; 14 and 15 mm.
According to the sheath fulfilment the cored wire can be divided into 2 groups: with compensator (longitudinal stiffener) and without compensator.
According to the number of filler components the cored wires are divided into monocomponental (the filler consists of one component) and multicomponental (the filler consists of two or more components).

According to the Customer’s demand the other components and mixtures can be used as the filler for cored wire.
Chemical compound, grain size, weight of the filler in 1 miter of the cored wire, the percentage of components in the filler of multicomponent cored wires is agreed with the Customer in each specific case.
The cored wire is delivered in coils while the axis of the coil can be vertical or horizontal according to the Customer’s choice:
- inner diameter of the coil – 600 mm ± 20 mm or 650 mm ± 20 mm;
- outer diameter – from 900 mm to 1300 mm;
- axis (vertical axis), on choice:
600 mm +50 mm; 700 mm +50 mm; 800 mm +50 mm; 1100 mm +50 mm
- coil weight depends on the coil’s size and kind of the filler and can be from 500 KG to 2500 KG;
The ready cored wire coils are tied with packing tape. By agreement with the Customer, the coils can be packed in polyethylene, placed on wooden or metal pallet and as well can be packed in a special frame for unwinding without the use of additional equipment.
In the process of manufacturing, packing, storage and delivery to the Customer, each coil undergoes special control.
