2. The filler of high quality, which corresponds the announced parameters (the buyer always gets what he orders) and high quality strip for CW.
3. Wide variety of CW as to the diameter, kinds of production, filler, coils’ parameters, packing and so on. The possibility to produce the CW either with monocomponent filler or multicomponent, as well as the possibility to produce the CW according to the individual order for decision of the certain aims (buyer can order at our firm all range of cored wires he is interested in).
4. The worked out technical decisions and technological methods provide:
- maximum coefficient of CW filler (provides economic efficiency of our CW applying);
- evenness of the filler, stable correlation of the multicomponent filler inside CW (provides the guaranteed achievement of the required quality and chemical composition of the treated metallurgical melts);
- absence of even minimum emptiness in CW (provides stable injection of CW through the tribe-machines);
- reliable lock linking of the CW shell guarantees the absence of problems during CW applying (opening of the link, spilling of the filler, lodges in the tribe-machine and so on);
- guaranteed CW strength and high-quality laying in coils along the entire length (provides the absence of gusts, crumpling and whipping turns during the injection of CW)
- reliable packing of the coils (polyethylene, wooden and metal pallets, special frames, which provide CW injection with horizontal or vertical feeding without usage of additional equipment, cages and so on).
5. Qualified, experienced staff and modern equipment of the enterprise workshops.
6. The cored wires are produced according to the Technical norms TY Y 27.3-20496109-001:2010 which belong to firm “Daryal”, the main part of technical solutions are protected by own patents.
